Nur is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who has been in the industry for over 5 years.
She is passionate in what she does, and she taught variety of classes for a broad range of participants.
Trampoline workout is her first love, and it is her first baby step into the fitness industry in 2018.

Exercising has taught me that health and vitality are of paramount importance, so my main motivation is to see people of any age group gain the most health benefits from their lives in healthy vibrant way.
I believe fitness can be anything you want it to be and that it something you want to do.
I am very focused on form to protect the body at the same time, I also want classes to feel like a party and not a job.
I love music all forms and I use the energy it creates to build classes that people look forward to showing up. "
Carolyn started dancing as a child at age 5 ,involving mainly in ballet, modern and cultural dance.
As she grew, she ventured into fitness programs such as Aerobics, Zumba, Body Combat and Pilates.
Carolyn is an IFTA group fitness instructor. She got to know about trampoline workout when it was first introduced in Singapore in 2015.
Her journey to become a group fitness instructor started since then when she fell in love with it.
Soon after, she has pursued her training in few other fitness programs such as Pound, Piloxing, Zumba, Kickboxing.
While she enjoys working out in group, she wants to bring joy and fun to people in her classes.
Carolyn believes it’s never too late for one to keep fit and stay healthy!
“Fit is the New Sexy!” is her motto.
“Teaching is not a job for us, it’s a fun way of working out and interacting with great group of people that bring positive energy to the class.”
